Austin Assad

Austin Assad is one of top agents at HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum. He annually closes over $7.5 Million in sales. Austin prefers to work alone, he does not employ a team or partners. When working with Austin Assad, you will work with him directly. 

Austin graduated from University of Michigan in 2020 with a Sports Management Degree and Minor in Business from the Ross School Of Business with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing, and headed straight into Real Estate.

Along with helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, Austin's greatest pleasure is his involvement with the sport of wrestling. He was a varsity wrestler on Michigan's roster and recently placed 4th at the prestigious US OPEN in April of 23'. In high school, he was a four time state place winner, three time state runner-up and a two time national champion at Fargo Freestyle Nationals. In his free time, he is also a  volunteer coach at Brecksville- Broadview Heights High school where his goal to help teach the sports disciplines to our future leaders!
